All the hunting rifles had silencers, causing no real commotion. Xiao Qiao hunted two small animals and inadvertently discovered a waterfall. In the deep mountains, there's a shallow stream they usually fetch water from. Xiao Qiao, being lazy, hadn't walked upstream along it. The area had a high altitude, with snow-topped clouds and pines on both sides. The water in the stream was particularly cold, formed by the melting snow from the mountains. As Xiao Qiao walked upstream along the stream, she passed through a bush and saw the waterfall. This waterfall was beautiful, and the pool beneath was incredibly serene, the water a rare icy green color. Xiao Qiao was full of admiration; she could always appreciate all things beautiful.
"Really pretty." Xiao Qiao dropped the prey and climbed the stone pile. The water was especially cold. She picked up a stone from the side and threw it down, unable to see the bottom. Originally intending to soak in the water, Xiao Qiao changed her mind.
