Zhou Mu nodded upon hearing the words.
Gu Changsheng, however, turned and walked towards the grand hall behind him, instructing the female officials behind him in a deep voice, "Send word down, have the Dark Night Army stationed outside the city fully armed and enter the city immediately!"
At this point, Gu Changsheng addressed Zhou Mu, "Lend me your token."
"Okay!" Zhou Mu said without hesitation, tossing the token from his waist to the female official's hand.
"I'll go immediately!" The female official replied as she held the token, then quickly turned and disappeared into the Heavenly Palace.
Gu Changsheng then grabbed Zhou Mu's hand and took a shortcut through the back hall towards the courtyard where Borjigin Nian resided.
