An Jing naturally understood, and while stroking his chin, he mused, "The awakening of the Primeval Abyss is that starting point... Even though it hasn't happened yet, everything has already begun to move because of it, and when it does indeed happen, everything will also be declared over."

This is easy to understand.
For mortals, the sequence of time is irreversible, things inevitably happen as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, progressing from one phase to the next through causality.
However, for those who transcend all this, sequence becomes meaningless, just like the world in a book where the order can be completely disrupted, where it can be reversed, narrated backward, mixed; where the first occurs last and the ancient is newer than the future.
