Military secretary Martin Bao Man came in, "Sir, the latest military news: Two F-117A 'Nighthawks' and three F16s from New Mexico have breached Chihuahua State airspace, encountering our three routinely patrolling F-15Es over Juarez, and engaged in combat."
"What's the situation?"
"We shot down one F-117A, damaged one, and blew up one F16 from their side, with one of our aircraft downed, but the pilot parachuted to safety and was rescued."
"New Mexico State."
Victor furrowed his brow, "Trying to stir up trouble, it seems."
"Which unit is stationed in Juarez?"
