Steve from the parallel universe immediately said to Tony Stark through the communicator. Coming to another timeline and encountering these strange things was already unexpected enough. If Tony had any mental issues, the loss would be too great.

Steve nodded, somewhat incredulously said, "An old acquaintance. It really is a parallel universe. Rumlow became a superhero."
"His name is Weapon Master now, Captain. He's ten thousand times more popular than you. Even 'I' have surpassed you."
Tony Stark then got down to business. "Back to the matter at hand. Where do we need to go to find this person?"
"This should be his place, but what I saw earlier was just a projection." Bruce Banner said. "Apart from here, maybe those four superheroes would know..."
"They're very famous. The Future Biopharmaceutical Company's superhero team. Originally there were seven positions. A while ago there were six. Now there are four left."
