"I'll teach you but first you have to.." I sat in suspense waiting for her to say.
"Yea I have to do what?" I asked her straight faced, as the silence began killing my blank face forcing a irritated expression.
"You have to..." She said smirking probably doing this for spite.
"Okay, okay mission accomplished you're annoying me already, can you tell me now?" I asked restraining my annoyance.
" You just have to get a girlfriend. One you really like. No fake stuff." She answered without leaving any blanks this time, she instead left an overwhelmingly full atmosphere. One that was filled with my confusion and a 'what the hell do you mean' thought.
"Hey I think I heard you wrong. I didn't think your old grandma vibe was wearing off on me maybe I should go out more.." I said trying to dismiss whatever she just said.
"No I'm serious. You have to get a girlfriend and bring her to meet me for dinner. Only then will I teach you." Her face stating exactly how serious she was about this.
"But hey you..." I tried to say but was interrupted.
"No. I have to in order for you to truly grow and move in sync with today and not the past of yesterday."
" The past of yesterday what's that supposed to mean?" I asked a little pissed about why she was talking to me about today's world when she was but an old hag that liked meditating.
"See, you've yet to realize you're still clinging so deeply towards it, so much so that even though you feel angry right now you don't know why you truly are angry."
"You know what never mind I came here hoping to learn something instead I'm getting lectured about not understanding my emotions." I said as I got up long forgetting about the vanilla chocolate in my hand, leaving it on the ground.
I turned and walked towards the door, face with a deep frown and firm steps echoing "tomp, tomp" on the soft cream carpet that painted Sakura flowers that stood out from the cream color with little to no effort.
"Oh and Ryo before you go. You have one month. Starting from tomorrow." She said making me pause for a moment before I slid the door open and walked out the door.

"You will learn with time Ryo why I asked this of you." The old woman said to herself. Putting her chocolate to the side and sighing looking more her age than she had minutes prior.
'I do hope you can overcome your past with love boy, my worries for you have lingered in my heart for too long.' She thought in her mind gazing up at the ceiling that had nothing but the wooden board and a light bulb. Her eyes however told a different story. They shone with the light of countless images seemingly like stars in the sky and the darkness of her eyes being the night.
Darkness comes and slowly the scene shifts.
The boy that his old grandmother had just mentioned not even a couple minutes ago at this time was walking in a yard with green surrounding him from all sides, his destination seemingly a white garden pavilion.
It had four pillars supporting it with a round roof, that had the same material that the pillars were made of. Inside the pavilion there was wooden long white chairs with cushions on them that were also white. The chairs extended towards the pillars and then stopped leaving space to walk into the garden. The ground was made of white marble and the inside had a table with a mug on it.
The boy, Ryouto sat down face crumpled in, a frown marking his face probably from the earlier conversation with his grandma. But although Ryouto was angry he was also puzzled. Puzzled as to why he felt the way he did.
Ryouto Pov
' Man I don't get it what does she mean by in order for me to grow and yesterday's past. Man F this is crap. Flip everything I just don't get it, why am I so angry about this though... Normally I usually don't care she always talks like some old witch.'
All these thoughts ran through my mind as I thought about exactly what I was so worried about. Nothing could have made me so angry. Normally nothing ever aggravated me this much.
'Yes although I was a little annoyed about the part of getting a girlfriend for real to learn something from her, it shouldn't have made me so angry.' playing over the conversation we had I reflected and only one answer came to mind.
"She was talking about my past, and the only thing that happened to me in my past that I may be holding on to is my grandmother. But I'm over it now, right? I don't feel sad thinking about it again and I don't have nightmares anymore."
I said pondering to myself my hands crossed together while my gaze drifted upwards towards the ceiling that had a galaxy painted on the roof creating quite the beautiful scenery with planets, the sun and moon hanging as balls that were painted like them but when the lights were switched on they would give a luminescent glow lighting up the entire garden pavilion.
'But yet still... I'm angry. There's no other reason for me to be. Do I still linger towards that past? Do I secretly still wish I was with her and not here? Have my nightmares truly ended or do they manifest in a different form?' Questions endlessly ran through my mind, time flew by but none was answered, leaving me in a miserable state not knowing how to go or what to do.
"I should get a girlfriend. Maybe whatever she's thinking or trying to do will work. Plus it doesn't matter as long as I like her and she becomes my girlfriend I can learn what I originally wanted to learn." I said giving up looking at the setting sun with the orange and red sky giving visibility to its great descent for the day.
"Maybe someday I'll figure out exactly why I haven't moved on yet.. for now though, I guess I'm still the same kid I was 10 years ago. Slightly more mature, stronger and good looking but still the weak boy at heart."
