Bella slightly furrowed her eyebrows upon hearing this answer and put down the milk cup she was about to drink from.
"Another Chinese?"
"Mom, you don't seem too happy," Eli Shart noticed the trace of displeasure in his mother's eyes, "Is it because my first marriage, my ex-wife, was also half Chinese? So you don't want me to find another Chinese woman?"
"Eli, it's not that I'm prejudiced, I'm just worried about you. Your last marriage failed, and I'm afraid this one might too..." Bella sighed softly, "When you were dating Yiran, I thought it was great. They say Eastern women are especially virtuous, gentle, family-oriented, and loving of their husbands.
