Seeing the familiar wallet, Gong Lingtuo's heart warmed even more.
He unzipped the wallet, and after searching through the entire wallet without finding that strand of hair from back then, he felt a bit disappointed. Just then, he discovered resin tucked inside the innermost compartment.
He took out the resin piece and found that the hair from those years had been cast into the resin, just like he had encased her hair into resin as well. The resin shapes they made were exactly the same.
Indeed, their hearts were in sync.
When they were young, he often played resin games with her. They had made many resin specimens together, which contained insects, flower petals, and such.
Now they had both grown up but still retained those pleasures and habits. He could even imagine what she looked like when she made this resin hair specimen.
She hadn't thrown away his hair but had treasured it like a precious baby, just as he had.
