Meanwhile, on a private flight, a beautiful woman with black hair sat with her back against the wide leather seat, sipping an orange liquid. Behind her, two stewards in black suits cleaned the trays in the plane's kitchen while looking at the woman who quietly listened to some classical music with a faint smile.
"Don't you think it's strange?"
"What is?"
"The madame always drinks wine, but now she only drinks sour and citrus drinks."
"Eh? You don't mean!?"
The two women worked for the SSS as Madoka's personal servants and support. They weren't skilled in combat compared to their leader, but carried skills like poison testing, detecting invisible targets and served as her bodyguards.
Madoka snapped her gaze towards them and sighed at their gossip.
Although she wanted to scold them and tell them not to gossip about their boss, something inside stopped her. She knew their words weren't false. In fact, the meal she'd wolfed down proved something was wrong.
