HER P.O.V
It was the last day of the week. I was resting at my boyfriend's place and was going to spend the weekend at his place.
The yellow was shining outside. The calm breeze was flowing with the chirping of the birds. It seemed as though the world was taking a day off from the bustling lifestyle.
Putting my book, which I had read half of, I stood up from his bed and strode into the living room, for something to eat, when my eyes caught him, sitting on the couch, before a loud TV program, scrolling through his phone.
Scrolling through his phone?
I had told him not to scroll through his phone so much. Those Instagram reels are making people dumber by the day!
Furious, I sneaked behind him and snatched his phone from his hand, watching him quickly jolt up with a rude tone escaping his lips.
"What?" I raised my eyebrows, staring into his eyes.
"Give me my phone back!" In displeasure, he demanded, his eyebrows creased, his pupils out, and his palm stretched at me.
I said nothing and strode back into the bedroom, listening to him demand his phone continuously and following after me.
Suddenly, I halted, turned around, and grasped his collar in my left hand, staring right into his eyes. "What did I tell you?"
His lips slightly parted, and his pupils popped out. I could tell he was thinking.
"You don't even remember. Everyday. I tell you the same thing, yet you forget." I threw the phone on the mattress.
"I did not!" He stuttered, his eyes wandering away from mine.
