Sougo barely managed to rise. As he looked up, six deadly finishing moves began to charge into one massive energy sphere.
Swartz's dark-purple blast rocketed toward him—and struck directly.
"Ahhh!" Sougo screamed, flung across the battlefield, his armor shattering as he tumbled to the ground.
"Hahahahaha!" Swartz cackled, forming another energy bomb. "Now die!"
He had no intention of killing Sougo outright. He was baiting out the true power of the King of Every Devil. But Sougo didn't know this. On the ground, eyes wide with fear, he instinctively shut them in despair.

Suddenly, Gates, in his Shippu (Gale) form, appeared and shielded him.
Shippu was known for agility but lacked defense. Swartz's blast tore through Gates' armor. His visor cracked, chestplate shattered, and his body was flung into a wall.
"Gates!!" Sougo turned around in horror, watching his closest ally slump from the wall into a broken heap.
"No—no no no—Gates!" He scrambled over and cradled his comrade.
"Gates! Stay with me!"
"The King of Time..." Gates opened his eyes weakly, clutching Sougo's collar.
"Become the king of all devils… become the King of Time."
"But—"
"You will be… the king of kindness and compassion."
"Don't die on me!" Sougo sobbed, tears falling freely.

Geiz Revive and Tsukuyomi stood aside, whispering.
"I'm glad I came to this timeline," Gates murmured, voice soft.
"Sougo... I'm honored to be your partner. Your friend."
It was the first time Gates called him by name. Then, his body went still.
Myojo Gates. Born 2050. Died 2019. Age: 31.
"GAAAAAAAAAAAAATES!!!" Sougo screamed.
Then... silence.
He gently laid Gates down and stood up. His body trembled—but it wasn't from sorrow anymore.
His gaze turned to Swartz, burning with a cold, deadly intensity. The Ziku Driver on his waist changed—becoming the Ohma Zi-O Driver, the belt of the King of Every Devil.
Gates, your death will not be in vain.
A massive dark-golden clock spread beneath Sougo's feet, overlaid by the face of the crimson-black devil king.
"Transform." His voice was steel.
He activated both sides of the belt.

Golden magma enveloped his body, forming a brilliant clock-shaped ring that exploded outward, revealing the ultimate Rider—Ohma Zi-O, ruler of all time and space.

A burst of dark golden energy rippled outward, forcing Swartz and the villains to step back.
"Your Majesty... the Devil King?!" Woz stepped forward, stunned.
"Woz." Sougo's voice was calm. Controlled. Deadly.
"...Congratulate me."
"Eh?" Woz blinked, confused. That didn't sound like the usual smug little devil…
"I said… congratulate me."
"C-Celebrate!!" Woz flinched but obeyed.
"Beyond time and space, the supreme King of Time! The one who knows all that was and all that will be—the King of Every Devil!"
"History has finally arrived… at its final chapter!"
"Hahahaha!" Swartz laughed maniacally. "This is what I've waited for all along! I suppressed Tokigawa Sougo for this very reason!"
"I will soon claim the power of the Devil King!"
He extended his arms. Two streams of purple energy surged forward, binding Sougo, and began draining his power.
