I asked Emily if we should split up and she just looked at me and nodded. She didn't even speak. We walked our separate ways and I went to a room 101 on first floor. The floorboards were crinkling and the whole inside was sorta burned from the incident in the newspaper. I kept searching until I heard Emily scream. She was on second floor though.. the second floors walls and floors were falling apart. I quickly ran up the stairs. I almost fell down a broken stair taht I didn't even see. I kept hearing you screaming and yet I couldn't find what room she was in since it was too dark. Everything felt uneasy and panic started to flood my brain when I couldn't find her.
I got scared and froze up when I saw the door to the room I finally found her in due to her screams. I was scared to open the door in case.. she was in big trouble.
