To bring Xiao Cheng home to the Cheng family, although knowing she is their own bloodline, since Xiao Cheng has been registered as an orphan at the orphanage, the process to take her home still requires formal procedures. One can't just casually take her away.
But in Guangcheng, what sort of establishment is the Cheng family? They have connections and wealth. Such a procedure is nothing but a simple formality for them.
Therefore, when Cheng Yaozu and Cheng Su went to bring her home, they simply took a team of lawyers along. The procedures would be handled by them, while Cheng Yaozu and Cheng Su would only need to bring the child home.
With both a paternity test report and Cheng Su as the foster parent, plus the Cheng family's status as a prestigious and affluent family, the orphanage wouldn't make things difficult for them to take the child home.
Once the bloodline connection was explained, even the director felt the wonder of fate and sighed at its marvel.
