Certainly, the second path is to fully commit to the Ghost Path and ascend as a ghost king, but the Ghost Path is fraught with extreme difficulties!
Yet he would not resign to having all his efforts over the years go to waste and start over!

Just as he drew down the first strike of Heavenly Thunder, his Physical Body nearly fell apart, but he had prepared in advance and hurriedly hid within the White Jade Tower, thus preventing the destruction of his Physical Body!
Yet the severe injury to his Physical Body required him to recuperate for a full millennium!
