The primary gathering places among them are star cities.
Tianluo Star City is a particularly famous one. Although referred to as a city, it is actually a continent that spans across an endless star river... It was established by the Tianluo Universe Alliance and is one of the major convergence points for the Eighth Dark Domain's elites.
At the highest point of the star city, a quaint pavilion floats, from which one can overlook the entire star city continent.
Inside the pavilion, two figures sit opposite each other, drinking a liquid that shimmers with mottled starlight, housed in a transparent container that emits a peculiar fluctuation.
One of the figures is none other than the Cloud Moon Divine Emperor.
