Using her swordsmanship was out of the question. Those in Academy City who were skilled with swords were rare. Considering her build and age, it would be too easy to draw comparisons. As for abilities related to the Songstress, using them would risk exposing her identity, making it impossible for her to continue observing Alanna and her group in the future.
After some thought, it seemed she was left with no choice but to maintain her current persona and use abilities tied to the Breeder profession.
