The only thing that left Antonio Carmona somewhat helpless was that Donnie didn't tell him how Donnie would make the Portuguese people stop believing in their current government.
"So, Mr. Block, can you tell me how you will make the Portuguese people dissatisfied with the current Portuguese government?"
Donnie waved his hand and smiled, "General Carmona, before we discuss this matter, I think we should first agree on what benefits we can obtain once you become the President of Portugal?"
Antonio Carmona knew that if he wanted the support of the United States, he would certainly have to pay some price, a decision he had already made in his heart long ago.
