While advancing, Long Chen sensed danger and immediately warned Chu Lingjun. Upon hearing his words, she quickly picked up her speed to keep up with him.
BOOM! The deafening explosion sent a piercing pain through their eardrums. The very spot where Long Chen and Chu Lingjun had just been standing was blasted into a massive crater.

Flames spread everywhere, setting the entire jungle ablaze. The temperature skyrocketed in an instant, and the heat became so scorching that in just a few seconds, both Long Chen and Chu Lingjun were drenched in sweat.
"Damn it!" Long Chen's brows knitted together as he watched the encroaching flames. "These people are really trying to wipe us out!"
If this continued, they would be engulfed by the inferno in no time at all. In his desperation, Long Chen grabbed Chu Lingjun's hand. "Let's go!"

Long Chen and Chu Lingjun vanished, becoming afterimages as they swiftly dodged.
