A gentle drizzle started to fall from the sky, making the road muddy.
"Xixi, let me carry you." Yun Han bent down in front of Lu Lanxi and said. Although the rain didn't affect them much, the mud on the ground would wet their shoes and socks.
Lu Lanxi glanced at Yaen Yue and shook her head, "Brother Yun Han, I'll walk by myself." Though she wanted to be carried by Brother Yun Han, she didn't want to make things awkward with Yaen Yue around. It wasn't very nice to rub it in for the single person all the time.
"If not on the back, then I'll carry you in my arms." As Yun Han spoke, he reached out and picked up Lu Lanxi. He enjoyed this feeling of doting on his girl.
Lu Lanxi let out a surprised yelp and found herself in Yun Han's embrace, "Put me down." She lightly pounded Yun Han's chest. She wasn't a child who needed to be carried, and it was quite embarrassing to show off their affection.
"No! Be good, or else…" Yun Han mischievously slapped Lu Lanxi's rear.
