So I would like to start off with, this is a work of fiction, both stories are owned by Akira Toriyama and Hiro Mashima, go and support the original releases. RIP Akira. We all know that anime characters and stories can be heavily debated, including shonen characters. Let's look at the facts, in Dragon Ball, we see these characters are on the multiverse level of strength and can even hold their own with the gods, Fairy Tail on the other hand, most characters are on the continent level of strength, some much stronger and others weaker, which doesn't take away the power and importance of the characters. I love both Fairy Tail and Dragon Ball so, saying all that, I plan to make this story interesting and fun. I hope to make it where you want more and more, so no op characters out of the gate. Even though making an op character can be fun and interesting, after a while it gets boring when the character can pretty much do anything, you don't see growth.
I will 1 buff all Fairy Tail characters to combat with our saiyan mc, and I will nerf the strength of his powers, obviously super saiyan alone can blow up a planet so our boy won't be doing that.
