Chelsea are now 10 points ahead of second-placed Manchester City. To be honest, based on Chelsea's current form, it seems the Premier League title this season is all but decided.
However, for the current Chelsea squad, there is no room for complacency. They must give their all in every match.
Two days later, Chelsea faced their next opponent: Huddersfield.
Huddersfield are currently ranked last in the Premier League. If nothing unexpected happens, their relegation this season seems inevitable.
Although the game was played at Huddersfield's home ground, it's undeniable that there is a significant gap in strength between Huddersfield and Chelsea.
Judging by Chelsea's current form, there was little doubt they would win comfortably against Huddersfield.
When the game began, Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte opted not to field his main players. Key performers such as Su Luo, Lukaku, and Cesc Fabregas, who had excelled in recent games, did not even travel for the away fixture.
The match started, and within the first five minutes, Hazard showcased his brilliant dribbling skills to effortlessly score the opening goal.
Shortly after, striker Pedro added another goal!
By the end of the first half, Chelsea had already established a three-goal lead on the road.
And finally, the match ended with a resounding 5–0 victory for Chelsea.
It was a commanding performance.
This dominant win was another significant boost for Chelsea!
After the away fixture, Chelsea began preparing for their next challenge.
Their next opponents? Southampton.

Another thrilling battle awaited.
Compared to Huddersfield, Southampton posed a stronger challenge.
Coming into the match, Southampton had secured three consecutive victories in their last three games, displaying excellent form.
At the pre-match press conference, Southampton head coach Mauricio Pellegrino made bold claims, stating that his team would secure the match result by halftime.
His confidence was palpable.
Of course, media and fans alike were well aware that, based on the current quality of Southampton's squad, it would be nearly impossible for them to defeat Chelsea.
Even so, Pellegrino exuded self-assurance, showing great belief in his players' abilities.
