Yan Luoxi stepped out of the evening tutoring class, deeply contemplating the tutor's suggestion. Opting for one-on-one tutoring could indeed save her a lot of time, plus there are many available options.
She had just asked the tutor; one-on-one sessions could be arranged at her home or workplace based on her needs. Just two hours a day would suffice, saving commuting time as well.
With the time saved, she could spend more with Li Yeqi and the kids, balancing both without any delays.
She was quite tempted by the idea.
When she got home, it was already ten o'clock. Both Xiangxiang and Yanling were asleep. As Yan Luoxi changed into her slippers at the entryway, she heard soft footsteps not far behind her. Looking up, she saw Li Yeqi, in his loungewear, leaning against the stairs watching her.
The living room light was dim. They were far apart, and her nearsightedness made it difficult to read his expression, yet she could sense his loneliness.
