The prince looked around the empty palace, it smelt of dead bodies and bloods, bones and fleshes shattered all around the grounds and walls
" What happened here? Humans can't possibly do this, this is evil" he said, he made way into the palace looking at every corners
" They couldn't have possibly escaped all together in one day" he said to himself.
He climbed the walls and looked outside of them looking for anything suspicious, while he was looking around the walls; he saw human footprints which had faded into the forest that surrounds it. he made haste to clear his curiosity by checking it out
" As expected; a passage way" he said.
It was the hidden path the Queen had escaped with the women and children.

" Your majesty, we found a body" said one of the king's men
" A body?" The king asked
" We found a boy's body buried at the lake" The Soldier said
" Interesting" The king said, with that he followed them to see the dead body
" His throats were slit open" Another soldier said, he uncovered the dead body from the Cloak
" Judging from the dept of the wounds, he slit himself" The King's hand man said
"What could have triggered a dead boy to slit his own throat open?" The king asked in curiosity
" His death must have something to do with what happened last night" The king's hand man said
" If we can find out why he is dead, we might get a hint to our answers" The king said
" I know just the right person, I will invite her to the palace if you will allow me your majesty" The king's hand man said.
" As long as she will bring the truth to us, you have my order to bring him to the palace " The king said to him
" I will also have the guards bury our dead soldiers " He told the King.
