Chapter 8 - Chapter 6: Eyes That Belonged to a Villainess (I).

Chapter 6: Eyes That Belonged to a Villainess (I).

Many would say, one night is enough to change a whole person completely.

"Senora..."

The heroine stares into the eyes of a drunken predator who takes her all in.

The smell of wine was vivid from her memory, the drunken state of the villainess was most unfortunate. Many warnings were made that what she's doing was wrong-

"More... please more..." Yet the pleasures, the screams, the complete submission of her body to this drunken woman who even though their kisses were a mix of feverish tastes of wine and puke to her it was everything.

Those purple eyes that seemed to want to love every inch of her.

The slight touches of the countess made her shiver.

"Don't ever stop yelling my name." The countess takes off her corset in haste. Their lips collide once more, the villainess kisses the heroine, her tongue dominating every inch of her.

"Nngh..." Traces of kisses, her hands moving up and down to her waist- to the side and then cupping her cheeks to place her lips onto hers. "Yes... yes... yes!"

The once innocent heroine was corrupted.

Her body became addicted to that feeling of thrill that the countess can only give.

"Call me... by... my... name." The countess ordered, her face flushed and body full of marks from the scratches of Mariana's sharp fingers.

"Hah... Hah... Olivia..." She was sure of it, no one has ever made her feel like this before. The intense pounding of her heart, the feverish kisses and her warm comfortable touches that were gentle. "I... I'm almost..."

This... must be love.

"Hmph." The villainess smiles hearing her name, satisfied she leans down to kiss the heroine on the forehead who was tired, out of breath.

She begins working her fingers in and then out slowly, whispering into her ear. "Good girl."

That... well...

She definitely let it all out after hearing that.

Countess Olivia's Mansion/The Villainess' home

After the party, the villainess had been on a frenzy with the current work of her affairs, after attending the party she was invited to by the heroine of the game...

"A-Achoo!" A sudden chill passes by leaving the girl working on the table looking around for any unknown entity that's trying to maybe curse her for doing so many sins recently. Number on that list was failing her initial mission on bullying the heroine at the party.

At that moment the memory of that night...

"My apologies. Perhaps this will help."

"...!"

The heroine, without wasting any more time, crashes her lips into the other person and her hands begin traveling all over Olivia's back rather intimately.

That was her idea of getting warm.

It was just after they danced up on that balcony did the villainess suddenly feel something wrong brewing in her stomach and decided to leave. The dance they shared- it was something of a forbidden magical moment and one thing was right.

She really needed to leave the heroine alone in order for her to maybe... reset herself when it's time for the academy arc to continue.

A man who asked her out for a dance before wanted to try his luck a second time, offering his hand to the clearly busy and frazzled villainess who just wanted nothing but to go home.

"Countess Alarie may I ask for a dance-"

"Move."

She said nothing more and walked past the man with such speed, leaving her steps echoing in the ballroom. Everyone around her could see that she was in a hurry.

Lady Anne Sinclair held a wine glass in her hands as she waited for her new friend's business to be finished- so when she saw the villainess' figure unscathed she smiled in relief. "Well then did you teach that southern girl a little lesson, Countess Alarie?"

Olivia looked up and saw the wine glass that she was holding.

"Hurk..."

And she immediately wanted to puke. She felt disgusted with herself. What she did with the heroine is nothing normal, her reaction to her assault wasn't something to be encouraged either. This world must be toying with her- she's supposed to play as the villainess...

This is something beyond her role.

"I'm going home, my apologies for the trouble Baroness Sinclair. Consider my plans done- I have finished everything I needed. I-I'm sorry but I need to go." She excuses herself, unable to look her in the eye.

Lady Anne looks confused with her mouth slightly open and she calls out to the person who invited her to come to this party in the first place. "Countess Olivia-? Wait for me!"

Did she honestly expect for her to defend herself in there all on her own?!

"Why are you suddenly going home?! I thought the plan was to-" She placed the wine glass on top of a tray that a servant was carrying and followed the girl. "-humiliate the girl."

Countess Alarie stops for a moment looking at Lady Anne and then her hands travel unconsciously to where the heroine has bitten her. "I... I just don't feel well. I don't think I can continue with the plan anymore."

Lady Anne stood in silence, wondering where all of that confidence went?

"I'm sorry."

Guilt and confusion could be seen on her face.

Lady Anne sighs, shaking her head, if she's leaving might as well tag along. There was nothing to gain if she stayed any longer in the party. "Obviously I'll go with you. You don't expect me to stay on my own. I don't feel like talking much to anyone anyways."

Clack... clack... clack...

The ride back home was an awkward one... the villainess didn't say anything and just kept looking at the carriage window staring at the moon.

...

"Bless you, Countess Olivia." An unexpected familiar voice came out to bless her for such a loud sneeze. She stares at her in a glance before going back to her reading, comfortably resting on the couch of the countess' study.

Olivia sniffs once more, lowering her head slightly in thanks. "Thank you... Baroness Sinclair."

The air around them was rather awkward. It has been three days ever since that day at the party and Lady Anne was worried her newfound ally would be... well- honestly she doesn't really know herself.

She just wanted to see how she was doing.

"..."

The sudden urge to leave the party after it was the villainess' suggestion to create havoc and chaos by bullying the southern girl in her own home turf... it seems that something has changed her mind.

"Ugh... I don't know why I've been suddenly feeling a little cold." The villainess gracefully takes a tissue from the side of her table and wipes off the snot coming from her nose, brows furrowed. "Sniff!"

"You must've gotten it from the party." (Lady Anne) of the noble house Sinclair drinks tea from where she sat, curiously watching her new ally write frantically on her pile of documents as if her life depended on it while nearing to be sick. "Hmm... must be from when she dragged you onto her private balcony."

She places the cup on top of a coaster, observing the expression on her face.

"Are you sure you're not needing rest? You were outside on the cold balcony for quite some time with that woman. It must've been where you've gotten that runny nose." The noblewoman knows that it wasn't her business to pry- but when it came to the newest bachelorette in the kingdom... one that's popular amongst their peers one cannot resist the temptation to gossip.

She wanted to ask...

What happened on that balcony?

"I know your plans on bullying this southern girl have failed. You surprised me the whole time at the party. You suddenly became quiet and even rejected any other man approaching you for a dance- just wanting to go home." She casually mentions. "May I ask... what did you two talk about in private?"

Olivia didn't even spare a glance a ther and sighed. It was her plan to humiliate the heroine with the use of her new lackey as backup- but with this new bold and assertive heroine she just couldn't help herself to be swept with the flow of her every whim.

"Why are you even here again, Baroness Sinclair? Don't you have something to do? Perhaps being invited to some fancy regal tea party being hosted by the royal family? I've been invited to one, if you want I could go with you next time and introduce you to a few prominent figures." She moves the topic away and focuses on reading the documents regarding one of the land owned farms in the province; there came a letter requesting monster subjugation.

There were a few slimes, a new goblin nest and wolves terrorizing the area based on the report.

A few adventurers and knights took the challenge but their skills weren't enough to completely clear the area full of monsters, if this keeps continuing then their business there and the hardworking villagers will have nothing to sell.

That's certainly not good for their business.

"I see that you're avoiding my question." She stands up from the comfort of her couch.

"To show you my loyalty in our alliance I went ahead and did a background check of her past. You never told me how interesting she was." (Lady Anne) takes something out of her [Inventorium], she whispers the spell and holds out a thorough background check documentation of the southern girl. "The fact that she's one of the blessed maidens who have gotten light as her element is enough for her to be made queen or their saint in the south... I've heard many of the princes and dukes are interested."

Many princes... and dukes are interested?

'Pah! Of course, it's only natural for them to get interested! She's the heroine after all! Hahaha! I wish that woman would stop clinging to me already and just- leave me alone so I can bully her properly!' She bites her lip feeling a tinge of annoyance that she couldn't explain.

Countess Olivia glares at the paper subjugation request.

"Agh... I really have no time for this. I'm having troubles with family matters so I would like to forget about that woman for a while." She buries her face into work hoping that would distract her. 'Another shameful encounter... Why is she the one bullying and teasing me? Shouldn't it be the other way around based on our roles in the game? Have I corrupted her so bad that... ugh... I know that she healed the bite mark on her skin-'

'But it seems that it left a mark on me mentally. I can't... stop thinking about it.' (Olivia) sighs, looking tired and out of it.

Did she hate it?

Enjoy it?

Lady Anne presses on with her pile of background checks, "But I thought you'd like to know more about that girl, in order to bully someone you'd have to know everything about them so you'll know what's the best way to make their life miserable."

The villainess, Countess Olivia finally had enough.

"I know- that you're right. In order to make her life miserable I should know everything about her." She rolls her eyes, wanting to get things over with, she opens her palm as if telling her to hand it over. "So you can give me that file and consider your work a job well done."

Lady Anne Sinclair's eyes glimmered so slightly hearing that.

"A-Ahem... so well, you did tell me that I did a good job and to be honest I wasn't formally invited into that tea party that you were talking about with the royal family." She sheepishly leans over and turns one of the documents' pages. "I think out of all of them you'll like these facts about her the most."

Allergies?

"Give her something she's weak to, she'll surely go down and learn her lesson. I wasn't expecting to get this information myself but back in the orphanage shows records that she's allergic to-" (Lady Anne) was about to happily show her the list of food allergies that Mariana had but...

"...!"

Flames lashed out so suddenly, burning the whole document.

Flame ignited at her fingertips, not gold or orange, but a deep, seething blue. It licked the corner of the document and spread fast, devouring ink and the information within. The fire made no roar, only a low, vicious hiss- like a snake uncoiling in the dark.

The text curled and blackened in seconds, and Lady Anne watched every word vanish into smoke, jaw clenched, eyes shining with fury.

"No one," She muttered, voice hoarse, and angry.

"Will use this against her." Ash fluttered to the floor like the last breath of a lie, and for a moment, the magic still hung in the air- burnt, bitter, final.

All of Lady Anne's hardwork- all gone in a snap.

"What are you-?!"

Finally for once, her eyes really did look like they belonged to a villainess.
