Shui Chi widened his eyes, panting heavily.
A deeper, stifling sense of agony surged within him—he wanted calm but couldn't find peace, sought anger but was interrupted, leaving him suffocated and restless.
Indra paid no attention to Shui Chi; instead, his gaze fell upon the Sukhacara Sage.
"Sukhacara!"
"Your guidance is inadequate. Release Shui Chi and his mother to me now!"
Indra spoke calmly.
Upon hearing this, Sukhacara Sage's expression darkened.
Shui Chi, this unruly fellow, found it hard to control himself; it was Indra who extinguished his anger. Yet Sukhacara, versed in yoga, in controlling the Five Senses and the mind, would never let this man snuff out his fury.
