Unfortunately, the Alliance's first major corruption case happened under his jurisdiction. Although he himself had no issues, he still bore the leadership responsibility, which greatly affected his promotion path thereafter.
Otherwise, he would have already been a high-ranking official at the Central Empire of the Alliance by now.
