"UWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, CALISTA!!" Jovian screamed in utter terror.
Jovian: "But wait... how can I be so sure this is an enemy?"
Jovian looked down and saw Calista holding the phone she had given him.
Calista: "C...Ca~ Call... T...Triple... Zero..."
For a brief moment, the world around Jovian seemed to blur. His heart pounded in his chest, the echoes of his sister's words ringing in his ears. He looked at Calista, her eyes rolled back, her hand trembling. He knew he should act, but something held him back.
Jovian's mind raced. He had always been the calm one, the one who could assess a situation with cool detachment. But this was different. This was his sister, and the sight of her in such distress sent a jolt of fear through him. His Stand, Smash Mouth, flickered into view, its presence a flickering light of hope.
In a frantic hurry, Jovian was scared shitless. But, immediately after, he found it in him to calm down.
Jovian: "Man, really? Calista, you really want me to call the cops at this very moment?"
Jovian chuckled, though the sound was hollow and forced, more an attempt to calm his nerves than anything else.
Jovian: "But what if there is an enemy lurking inside your body? Ma~n, I guess we'll never know."
Jovian's left shoulder started to break down into small fragments.
Jovian: "Oh wait, but my Stand has the ability to fix our problems. Ma~n, aren't you grateful that your little brother has an amazing Stand like this, Calista-Chan?"
He watched as the fragments of his shoulder began their journey, a thousand tiny pieces moving with precision and purpose. His mind, though racing with fear, marveled at the sight. Smash Mouth was more than just a tool—it was an extension of his will, a beacon of hope in this dire moment.

Jovian: "Ma~n, aren't you lucky to have me as a brother, Calista?"
Jovian checked the time on his watch. 10:04 AM.
Jovian: "Smash Mouth, break down, and enter!"
Jovian sent the fragments of his shoulder down Calista's windpipe and went down further.
Jovian: "I'm entering your right lung, Calista! I'll see if I can create an airway for oxygen to get in!"
Jovian, using his ability to scan around, saw a figure in the darkness.
It was an enemy Stand.
Jovian: "I spotted something!"
Jovian sent his fragments flying towards the Stand.
Jovian: "Its skin is shiny, almost like metal~ and it's really small..."
The Stand ran inside a blood vessel, causing a cat and mouse type of scenario.
Jovian: "It looks like the blood vessel that it ran into is an artery that goes into the head."
Jovian: "I'm pursuing it!"
It didn't take long before the fragments caught up to the Stand.
It pinned the Stand down.
Jovian: "Alright! I've got a hold of it! I've got the slimy bastard pinned down now! It's got barely any power or speed!! It looks like we're dealing with an automatic pursuit type Stand!!"
Jovian: "It's physically weak! I'm dragging this thing outside of your blood vessel, Calista!"
In a flash, Jovian fell over, right then and there, with buboes forming on his neck and lips.
He was projectile vomiting all over the ground.
Calista's symptoms seemed to calm down for now, which sent a wave of relief through Jovian's mind.
But on the other hand, it wasn't looking good for Jovian, who couldn't breathe at all.
Jovian: "T...This Stand... It's the type t...that infiltrates the body and k...kills its target from the i...inside out..."
Calista: "UWAAAAAAAAA~ J-JOVIAN!!"
We then cut back to the road next to the beach, where Jovian and Calista were a few minutes ago.
The camera is angled behind the two people Jovian stole the phone from, not showing their faces.
Unnamed Man: "Fuck me, the sun sure is bright today, aye mate?"
