Wa Fruit, Blue Demon Star, Purple Diamond Fruit?

Spendthrift looked at them and explained, "Wa Fruit, because it looks like a doll, is called Wa Fruit. It comes in two flavors, one is sweet and cloying, the other sour and astringent. If it's sweet, it can heal internal injuries, like if your meridians are injured, it can reduce recovery time by two-thirds. If it's sour, its efficacy only reduces recovery by a quarter."
"How do you distinguish between the sour and the sweet ones?"
