After losing Fourth Master's, Fourth Master had no choice but to wait for a new one.
Once they both had tea, and were watching the moon, Ye Zao wasn't willing to sit quietly by herself.
But Fourth Master really liked her being clingy.
There was a low table here; they originally sat on cushions. But the whole terrace was covered with a carpet, and Ye Zao quickly snuggled into Fourth Master's arms.
Fourth Master held her, adjusted to sit more comfortably, and Ye Zao was already leaning on his chest, reaching out for grapes.
In August, grapes were just right to eat, and there was no issue of pesticides now.
Though small, they were very sweet!
Seeing her reach far each time, Fourth Master pulled the plate closer: "Don't eat too much, these are cold. If you want more, have them tomorrow."
Ye Zao nodded to show she understood.
But her mouth didn't stop.
Fourth Master amusedly peeled a few for her. Seeing she didn't intend to stop, he pushed the plate away: "That's enough."
