As Lao Ba landed steadily, Luo Xiu couldn't wait to jump off his back and gave a long, lazy stretch.
"Riding on a bird for the better part of the day is pretty tiring. Let's just rest here."
Lao Ba preened his feathers and complained, "Listen to you. I've been flying all day and I'm not tired, but you're tired from just sitting? Maybe you should fly on your own next time. It's not like you don't have wings."
Luo Xiu replied, "Why fly myself when I have a bird to ride?"
Just then, the man in white came over to Luo Xiu. With a light wave of his hand, a screen of light materialized in the Void before them. Displayed within the light screen was a map of the twelfth layer.
The man in white said, "We are currently at Thousand Eyes Lake. It will probably take another two days to reach the Immortal Grass Forest."
Luo Xiu stared at the map on the light screen, momentarily speechless.
