"Hank Pym made a groundbreaking discovery of a particle imbued with unique properties. He named it the Pym Particle and began research into its capabilities."
"November."

"December."
"During a mission, Nick Fury was caught in crossfire and lost an eye. Forced to the sidelines for recovery, he encountered a secretive, strategic organization for the first time."
"August, 1962."

"At that time, he had no idea of the godlike power sealed within that staff."
"May."
"Dr. Robert Bruce Banner was exposed to massive gamma radiation during an accident involving his experimental gamma bomb. His body underwent unknown mutations. The radiation awakened a second persona inside him."
"Whenever Banner's emotions flared or his heartbeat rose, the beast within was released—a creature the world would come to know as the Hulk."
"That same day, Richard Milhouse Jones—Rick Jones—who was at Banner's side during the incident, also suffered exposure, though neither of them knew that Rick had been affected as well."

"As the battle escalated, Iron Man, Ant-Man, and the Wasp all intercepted the transmission and rushed to join the fight. United, they thwarted Loki's scheme and defeated him."
"That same month, the Avengers were born."
----------------------
"…This,"
"This is the history my mentor—Earth's greatest Sorcerer Supreme, the Ancient One—witnessed through the Eye of Agamotto."
"But something… something is rewriting that history. We don't know who—or what—they are, nor do we understand their goal."
"All I know is this…"
"When the Ancient One tried to rewind the timeline using the Time Stone to uncover the truth…"
"…they never returned."
…
"1963."
"A new generation of humans—each born with extraordinary abilities—emerged into public view."
"They called themselves Mutants."
"Under the guidance of Professor Charles Xavier, these young individuals trained to control and master their powers. They believed their gifts could shape a better world, a brighter future for both mutants and humanity alike."
"That same year…"
"The X-Men had never even heard of the Avengers."
"No one had."
"Where did they go?"
Those were the final words written in the notebook.
Yet at that exact moment, Alex felt like a tidal wave had erupted within his mind.
The weight of the revelation sank in, unraveling every assumption he'd carried with him.
[Sir...]
Even Miss Minutes noticed something was wrong. She floated gently near him, her voice soft, attempting to get his attention.
But Alex didn't respond.
He stood in silence, brows furrowed deeply, his face shadowed by concern… and the heavy realization that something—or someone—was rewriting history itself.
No one knew how long had passed. When Miss Minutes could no longer hold back and called out to Alex once again, he finally broke the silence.
"This universe has deeper problems than I imagined."
Miss Minutes blinked in surprise. She floated over to Alex's side and glanced at the notebook again, scanning the notes with a faint hum before she responded quietly:
[When we arrived in this universe, I didn't detect any anomalies. If the Watchers really did alter history here, there should've been signs—residual cosmic traces, disruptions in the temporal web. But strangely... there's nothing.]
[Normally, tampering with history is extremely dangerous—akin to the Flashpoint event caused by Barry Allen in the DC continuum. Changes of this magnitude always leave scars. But here? It's spotless.]
Alex shook his head slightly.
"That doesn't prove anything. Don't forget—the Ancient One did notice the shift in history. He used the Time Stone to peer into the flow and attempted to adjust the stream. But judging from what we've found here, he failed. What I want to know is—what exactly did he encounter?"
Miss Minutes hesitated, her voice almost a whisper: [You think... the Ancient One discovered the presence of the Watchers—and tried to fight back against them?]
Alex nodded.
"It's very likely. Remember, the whole purpose behind the Sanctum Sanctorum was to defend this dimension. Now that we're standing in its ruins, tainted by some external force, there's no way the Ancient One would have ignored it."
He rubbed his chin, speaking more to himself now: "But I've never seen history rewritten so cleanly. I've altered history myself—back when Deadpool went berserk and wiped out the entire Marvel Universe. I split the timeline in two, rewrote its structure from within. But even then, the original facts remained. In that other timeline, Deadpool still slaughtered everyone."
Miss Minutes' expression flickered as realization set in.
[That's right… Any alteration to the timeline should result in a divergent branch. Yet somehow, this universe hasn't fractured at all.]
Alex's eyes widened.
"Wait a second."
He turned sharply toward her.
"Do you remember what you said before? That this universe was formed from countless merged timelines—entangled and struggling for dominance, each one trying to assert itself as the Prime Universe… but that the original Prime Universe had already been destroyed?"
Miss Minutes nodded slowly.
[I remember. Why?]
Alex's voice was quiet, but firm.
"What if that original universe wasn't destroyed?"
"What if it was simply... rebooted into something else?"
Listening to Alex's words, Miss Minutes didn't respond immediately. Her brows furrowed as she drifted silently, clearly deep in thought.
Seeing this, Alex continued, "Do you remember the history of this universe? This timeline… it's a grafted branch—an offshoot spliced onto the trunk of the old universe. It preserved everything from the original X-Men continuity—the worldview, the heroes—but it discarded the apocalyptic 'Days of Future Past' reality. Instead, it became a new present, a new reality."
Miss Minutes hesitated, then asked uncertainly: [You're saying... the timeline we're in now was originally part of the Prime Timeline, and because that Prime line led to the doomsday future, Logan traveled back and rebooted it—making this the new Prime Timeline?]
Alex snapped his fingers.
"Exactly!"
[But… is that even possible?] she asked, brows tightening.
"Why not? History here mirrors the original Prime Timeline perfectly. That's why none of the other X-Men universes ever had Avengers or other superheroes—the Prime Timeline was altered, and that historical ripple propagated through the multiverse."
Alex let out a slow breath.
"You ever wonder why Petra's universe has no Avengers? Why Polaris and Blink grew up in a world devoid of heroes? It's the same. Most parallel Earths nearby were influenced by the rewrite of the Prime Timeline—so the Avengers never even existed in them."
Miss Minutes blinked in thought, then pointed out: [But what about the Cloak and Dagger universe? That one does have the Avengers—and the Sanctum Sanctorum, and active sorcerers.]
"Survivorship bias."
Alex shook his head.
"No need to overanalyze it."
Sure, as she said, Cloak and Dagger's world technically bordered the Runaways universe, and Avengers were referenced. But that was the thing—referenced.
Not seen.
Not present.
At most, a vague name-drop.
"That alone tells me something similar happened there too," Alex said quietly.
"Maybe it wasn't the Avengers who vanished in that reality… maybe it was the X-Men."
The room fell silent again.
After what felt like a long time, Alex finally spoke, voice low and steady: "That's probably why they chose to send me into this world. Whoever—or whatever—they are, they're rewriting history. And worse…"
He narrowed his eyes, voice grim.
"They might want to use me to help finish their rewritten world."
