[Caelvaron Continent — The Kingdom of High Crowns]
On the sixth day of the second week of May 2025, nations, kingdoms, and empires from around the world gathered at the teleportation terminal of the Kingdom of High Crowns. Among the thousands of nations was a small empire: the Illvarra Empire, which sent more than a thousand nobles, ranging from low-ranking to high-ranking individuals. Among them was Count Accel von Winchester, the leader of a small alliance known as the Drakenshire Alliance. The members of this alliance had also received an invitation to the worldwide conference, which was sent to nobles of all ranks.
Despite their presence, the mid-power and strong-power nations largely ignored the smaller nations, viewing them as weak and reliant on their allies for protection. This disregard extended even to Count Accel himself. However, what they did not realize was that Accel was of particular interest due to his strong connections with the Luminescent Faith, especially with the Saintess and the Supreme Matriarch. As a result of their indifference, they failed to recognize the individual they needed to seek out.
[The Summit Chamber of Elysiara — Private Dimensional World]
As all the nations rulers, high-rank nobilities and military officers, politicians, government officials, SOD officers and members, and representaives from other nations enters the massive dimensional gate since the Summit Chamber of Elysiara is located inside a private dimensional world owned by one of the Three Supreme Sovereign Rulers from the Tier 2: Continental Bisection Rulers, she is also known as the Dawn Sovereign who has the Authority of Conquest, Global Order, and Ambition.
The Private Dimensional World have three different sectors, the outer world, inner world, and the core world. The Outer World are those members and representatives of a small nations, kingdoms, and empires. The Inner World are those members and representatives of a medium-sized nations, kingdoms, and empires. Lastly for the Core World are those members and representaives of a large nations, kingdoms, and empires.
The Ilvarra Empire, a small nation, was assigned in the Outer World. Each section within the three worlds contains areas that can accommodate thousands of representatives, with each area representing either a nation, kingdom, or empire. The conference meeting commenced a few hours later after all representatives from the various states had arrived. For Accel, it was the most boring event of his life.
As a citizen of the Ilvarra Empire, only those holding Dukedoms or higher were allowed to join the meeting. At least they served food and drinks during the conference. All areas utilized holographic screens to display information relevant only to states and important figures, while a large screen featured one of the Three Supreme Sovereign Rulers of Elysiara, the Rising Sun Arbiter from the Quadrant Rulers Category. Accel sensed that she, too, appeared bored listening to the proceedings, though he couldn't be sure due to the limitations of the holographic displays.
Each area is assigned a number that indicates its level of state power, categorized as small, medium, or large. The Ilvarra Empire ranks 15th among the small states in terms of power. After about an hour, the new system became the main topic of discussion, with much debate over whether it would be permanent. Then, Lucia Veritas de Flamebreak stepped into the debate and immediately halted the conversation.
She began to speak, addressing all the nobles, royalty, military leaders, and representatives from the freedom and neutral factions, saying, "What I presented regarding the new system was just a half-baked idea." Everyone was taken aback. She continued, "I, Lucia Veritas de Flamebreak, declare the abolishment of the Nobility, Royalty, and Military Factions, effective immediately when this conference meeting concludes."
As soon as she spoke those words, the entire dimensional world began to shake. The state representatives, rulers, high-ranking military officials, and members of the Nobility, Royalty, and Military Factions reacted with shock and confusion. Lucia then added, "I am not crazy or speaking nonsense." This declaration prompted immediate complaints from the majority of the larger and medium-sized states about what she had just proposed.
Every noble, royal, and military official cannot accept this declaration, as the conference meeting is being broadcast live to the world. Citizens of Elysiara who could not attend in person, but remained in their states, kingdoms, and empires to work and manage their affairs, are also shocked by this declaration and struggle to accept it. This marks the beginning of the collapse of the nobility, royalty, and military factions. From the emperors and empresses of the larger states to the kings and queens of the smaller states, all are in disagreement with the Eminent Sovereignty, Lucia Veritas de Flamebreak. (The title "Eminent Sovereignty" is a formal designation, indicating a person with superior authority.)
Just a few hours later, the conference meeting concluded with Lucia delivering her final statement and warning: "Once all of you return to your respective states, kingdoms, and empires, any relationships involving nobility, royalty, and military faction will be severed. Any delays will be addressed by me; this is a direct order from her."
A few hours ago, a group of stubborn high-ranking nobles and military officials reacted outrageously to something Lucia said. In a shocking turn of events, she executed them without mercy in front of thousands of representatives, and the incident was broadcast live around the world. Lucia was furious, exclaiming, "You pieces of shit! You all annoy me; I only repeated what she said." Confusion spread among the crowd about who had made this declaration. Lucia revealed, "You already know her; she is the High Sovereign of Elysiara." The high-ranking nobles, royals, and military officials from large states, kingdoms, and empires stood up in disbelief. The Emperor of the Ironmarch Empire responded, "Impossible! She's still alive? Isn't she more than two hundred years old? How can you be sure it was really her, Eminent Sovereignty Lucia?" In response, Lucia produced an emblem from her dimensional pocket and presented it to the rulers of the large nations. The emblem confirmed her identity. "This is truly her emblem. We, the Ironmarch Empire, will heed her declaration," declared the Emperor. Several other large nations followed suit, but some were still unwilling to accept this revelation. However, they knew that delaying their decision could lead to dire consequences at the hands of Lucia.
