Lynx stares down the sheriff almost confused at the sight. He only caught a glimpse of the destroyed body head and his body but it's him.
"How the heck is this possible, you died?" [Lynx] the confusion spreads to the sheriff. "I don't know what your on about kid but I wanna know why you're in my office at this hour?" The sheriff asks taking a few steps with his hand reaching for the revolver on his hip.
"I think it's best that we get out of here." The mysterious figure says grabbing Lynx on the shoulder, pulling and tossing him towards the window next to the sheriff. Lynx goes crashing through the window and banister dropping to the dirt.
The sheriff looks rather confused, the mysterious figure draws his revolver our at the sheriff. "If only I could?" The mysterious says before slamming his revolver back into the holster and leaping out the window.
The mysterious figure drops down next to Lynx. "Move! Now!" He says grabbing Lynx by the collar. Lynx swats his arm away. "Hands off and explain!" [Lynx] his eyes however catches the sheriff coming out towards them.
"Not here." The mysterious figure says as he gestures with his head to show everyone around town. "Fine." [Lynx] gesturing to the roof where Taliah is with his head. Lynx then grabs the mysterious figure and tosses him towards Taliah. Lynx ignites his hand again and boosts up after him.
Lynx come sliding down on the roof near Taliah all the while the mysterious figure comes crashing down. However he still lands on his feet with a similar slide.
The mysterious figure dusts himself off "Most uncooth." He says looking at Lynx and Taliah. Lynx however steps up between Taliah and the figure while Taliah slides her Sniper back into the bag.
The mysterious figure looks on quizzically "I've never seen a bag of holding type Gear before." He says with intrigue. "Enough with that, what is it that I know?" [Lynx] as he takes a few steps forward.
The mysterious figure takes a few steps forward. "Firstly, let me offer you a peace treaty." The man says removing his hood revealing pure white hair. He then removes his mask revealing ashy white skin with black and crimson eyes. "My face and name, My name is Alucard." [Alucard] this revelation sends a shock to the others.
Lynx squats down slams his right arm to his side with his fist clenched and left hand out infront of him. "A Revenant!!!" [Lynx] griting his teeth in anger. Alucard steps back with his hands up next to his head.
"Now now, we don't need to get ugly especially since we're all trapped here." [Alucard] this put a confusing look on Lynx and Taliah's faces. "I know you've tried to get out, however you are trapped until the barrier is done and I know how to get out." [Alucard] as he takes a few steps forward towards them.
Lynx within his confusion wonders "Aren't you the one causing it..." [Lynx] "Considering that this place is caused by a Gearsmith and you are one?" [Taliah] this however confuses Alucard.
"I think whatever lead you to that conclusion is wrong." [Alucard] gesturing towards the clock tower at the centre of town. The duo looks at each other in confusion before looking at the Alucard.
"Explain?" [Taliah] with and inquisitive head slant. "If you want to know why don't you follow me." [Alucard] as he turns away from them to walk towards the tower.
The pair looks back at each other. As Alucard leaps up to the next building. "Get a move on you two!" [Alucard] leaping again to another building.
"We might as well." [Lynx] turning away from Taliah towards the tower. "I hope this isn't a mistake." [Taliah] as she follows him.
The group takes a few hops and moment to arrive at the roof of the clock tower. "Okay we're here now what?" [Lynx] he asks with an agitated tone. "Patience my friend, this way." [Alucard] as he makes his way to a hatch on the roof.
Taliah was the most hesitant to follow but Lynx either from a level of ignorance or confidence he just followed him. Taliah after taking a deep breath jumps in after them.
Upon entering her eyes were stunned finding a young man bound with his clothes ripped and cut. The man's skin scarred, slashed and animic. "What the hell is this!!!!" [Taliah] she shouts in absolute anger.
Lynx just stood there stunned. "What the heck is going on?" [Lynx] "This was my mission. Find a missing young man who came to this amusement park but instead went missing. What I had found was absolutely horrifying that I snapped. I shot the sheriff thinking this was over but the bubble triggered immediately after...." [Alucard] "So you've been here for a month and still couldn't escape the loop?" [Taliah] she asked showing a little of sympathy.
"Yes, the time loop as I'm sure figured as had me trapped here for months. I knew that if I given it enough time the Rangers would send someone because a community going missing is more on your radar then a single life." [Alucard] "What do you know about life, how many lives have you taken as a Revenant." [Lynx] clenching his fist and gritting his teeth.
"That's rich coming from the great inferno." [Alucard] jumping up to his feet. Stunned Lynx turns towards Alucard stomping as he does. "I did what I had to do to end the war unlike your kind!" [Lynx] butting heads with Alucard.
"If you call burning a village down to the ground ending a war!" [Alucard] pushing back against Lynx. The pair and locks their hands together almost as if their ready to fight off.
"Enough you two!" [Taliah] as she makes her way over to them. "We have bigger issues, starting with why you assumed the sheriff was at fault?" [Taliah] "I think you know already or at the very least you got that information in your bag." [Alucard] breaking away from the fight and gesturing towards Taliah's bag.
Taliah is stunned for a second before reaching into her bag pulling out the scanner she brought out earlier. "This isn't much isn't just an ID scanner...." [Taliah] only for her to stop when she saw the image brought out.
The text of scanner reading Alexander Wolf-The Ripper: Wanted. Convicted serial killer. Bounty: 10 000 Royals(RY).
Lynx looked on in cofusion as he makes his way over to the scanner. Lynx makes his way over looking over her shoulder and sees the reading. "No way....I thought he died during the war." [Lynx] stunned by the revelation. "Many did but his alive and whether it's accidentally or not he has given himself multiple lives through his most recent victim and this tower, and I've yet to figure out how to break the loop and what I need your help with." [Alucard] he says standing in front of the dying taking man.
Lynx and Taliah look at Alucard and then back to each other. They keep their gaze, almost communicating telepathically before turning their heads back to Alucard and nodding in agreement.
Alucard gets a small grin on his face. "Then let's get to work." [Alucard].
