ASHER P. O. V
"What were you doing with Alexia ?"
I could smell Alexia scent all over Allen
"Nothing much, just having a little chitchat besides why are you keeping her here? Caught her trying to escape, she isn't much of a liar is she?
' Escape ' I thought, does she really want to leave so badly?
"Soo?" Allen interrupted me
"What"
"Why are you keeping her?"
"Nothing serious,she was injured but since she's able to work she'll leave tomorrow morning"
"O...Kay, but by the injury in her head one could easily tell it hasn't healed"
"So?"
"So is cruel of you to send a sick lady away the least you can do is take to a hospital not abandon her"
"Why are you so keen on her today?"
"Can a guy be worried about a beautiful lady ?" He smirked
I glared at him
"Ok ok, l came here to grab some couple of things, l'll be on way" he went out the door
"And by the way she's on her way here to discuss something with you so fixed your soul mood" he piped his head but left
Talk? About what?. Later I could hear soft almost faint footsteps approaching my door, l waited eagerly for her to knock but it never came instead she left.
I was angry, she behaves like she knows everything always reckless and she's not even grateful for all what l have done for her, l have never cared for someone before and yet here l am showing just a little bit of care and she ignores it!!
I tried working for a few minutes but l couldn't concentrate anymore so l went out for a run. Standing in the forest l let my wolf take over . I have just reach top of the hill when l saw her casually walking inside the forest
'what is the hell is wrong with her'
I snuck up behind her and frightened the kitten away and when she turned around l growled loudly hoping to scare her away but she stood there unmoving just staring at me at a point l couldn't help but also stop growling and stare into that beautiful eyes of hers soon her hand moved to touch me and l willingly let her do so
"You are very beautiful" She whispered
My wolf literally wiggle it's tail at that point and that was the first time I received a compliment from her all my anger l was feeling towards her vanished into thin. We stood there for minutes and l didn't wanted to leave but l had to cause l could see she was sleepy but too stubborn to admit.
I went to her later in the night, her face was buried in that lovely hair of her's slowly l arrange them for her then raised her head a little bit to check her injury but to my utter shock it was healed like there wasn't an huge, frightening injury there before
"But how?" I couldn't help but blurt out
Suddenly she turned and trapped me with her in the bed then snuggled up to me, a smile found it's way to my lips
"If only you were this obedient when you are awake"
Carefully examining her face, l saw a dry tear
"Was she crying? If so but why?, Is it because I kept her here?, Is it that so bad that she felt the need to cry? or she just don't like me?
*Sighs* "why do have to be such a mystery Alexia"
She was so foreign to me, l couldn't decipher her, couldn't control nor scare her, l don't her past it is so deeply buried but l'll find it. I quietly tied her bandage back for whatever reason she wanted to keep it a secret l'll just wait till she is comfortable to tell me herself.
I stayed with her for a few hours then left
"Sir?"
"Hmm"
"Here's is the kitten you asked me to find, weird to find a kitten in these parts , l wonder what it was doing there"Felix said
"Give it to her in the morning" then walked off
