The truth is, I needed time to grieve.
I lost my brother. My world shifted in a way I never imagined it could. One moment, we were living our everyday lives—laughing, hoping, planning, loving—and in the next, everything stood still. Losing someone so close, someone who shared your blood and memories, your childhood and secrets… it's a kind of pain I never thought I'd have to write about from experience.
