Looking at Han Jiajia now, Liu Ergou felt as if she were a complete stranger.
Before he got to know her well, Liu Ergou hadn't found her particularly unusual. But upon getting to know her better, he discovered that Han Jiajia was incredibly impulsive and hot-headed. She also had a tendency to act without considering the consequences.
Why do I think that? The reason is simple.
For one, there was today's incident. She could have simply called for backup from her colleagues. But she didn't. Instead, she insisted that he follow the suspect with her, right then and there. That wasn't a huge deal, at least not for Liu Ergou.
The second reason, however, was what really worried him. The two of them had followed the man to an abandoned factory district. Doesn't Han Jiajia find this whole situation suspicious? Anyone with half a brain would realize they were being tailed.
