Pure Dragon Clan occasionally indulges themselves, eating some Demon Beasts with Dragon Vein bloodlines, but they would never eat a demon whose bloodline density had almost turned it into a dragon.
The Flood Dragon is one such being, though even after transforming into a dragon, it's still considered the bottom rung of the Pure Dragon Clan; yet, it's still part of the Pure Dragon Clan!
