" My my… a lost soul wondering into my domain." A being grinned as Atlas struggled to find his voice.
" ah… ah…." He cried, the memories of his gentle mother and stoic father along with his sister came to mind.
The being's grin faltered as Atlas drowned in his thought.
" Sigh, I get it, death isn't something that could be comprehended… but your dead, simple." Its voice vibrated through the air making Atlas freeze.
Dead, he's dead.
" A-And who are you?" With a trembling voice, Atlas glanced at the Being.
" Me? You shouldn't bother. But what you should be worrying about is the entertainment."
Confused Atlas was about to question the being but was interrupted.

" Huh!?" Atlas stepped back in surprise.
" Ah, it's here!" The being grinned with expectation as if waiting for this moment.

Atlas eyes hovered over the panel as he read the last prompt.
' This really is a system… and it's like a game.' A wide smile reflected from the panel as Atlas began to fiddle with his status points.
' When creating a character, it's best if I have a strong foundation than focusing on one stat.'
< Str: 0 -> 10 >
< Ag: 0 -> 10 >
< End: 0 -> 10 >
< Chr: 0 -> 10 >
< Lck: 0 -> 10 >
Atlas went with a solid foundation, not letting a stat become stronger then the other.
" Well, that's an interesting system."
Atlas froze as he remembered the being next to him, slowly turning his head, The being with his ever so grin waved at him.
" See ya later!" He chuckled.
" Huh?" Before he could get an answer, Atlas felt his back hitting the ground.
" Gah!" He groaned in pain as he turned and lifted himself up to see his surroundings.
" W-where am I?"
The room was dim with a single light coming from the ceiling.
Getting up to his feet, Atlas looked around before spotting a double door.
Walking up to it, Atlas was about to touch it but was stopped when a panel appeared.
[ Do you wish to proceed to the trail?]
' A trail?' Atlas thought to himself as he stepped back from the door.
' Alright, before entering I'll need to prepare myself.' Atlas thought as he opened the system panel.
First was his equipment < Leather armor > which of course made of leather protecting his shin, thigh, chest, shoulder and forearm.
The leather armor came with pouches where I found two health potions, two bread wrapped in cloth and bandages.
And finally came the sword, a shortsword showing its years of wear with rust on the edge of the blade.
< Rust Shortsword >
' Sigh, a starter weapon…'
The weapon wasn't the best, but it was a start for Atlas as he looked at his skill set.
< Slash > < Guard > < Lunge > < power strike > < Parry >
[ Would you like a tutorial? ]
< Y/N >
Atlas's finger touched the panel.
[ Tutorial will now commence ]
< Well well well! Looks like there's another trainee. >
" Wha-!!?" Atlas jolted backward as he saw the avatar.
< Hahaha!! Oh! Man! I love that reaction of yours!! It never gets old doing this.> the avatar held his stomach before he started coughing.
< Kuh! Damn… alright… let's get started, the name's Kaelion Duskblade > The avatar, no the swordsman introduced himself with a hand over his chest.
< And You? >
" A-Atlas Grey."
Kaelion saw the nervousness in Atlas which caused him to chuckle.
The avatar began to shred its light and began to form its real appearance.
A man with brown hair and silver eyes stood in front of Atlas, his armor looked worn with cracks and his sword, a two handed long sword with a massive crack in the middle.
" Alright, let's get started!" Kaelion rolled his shoulders before unsheathing his sword.
" Hold it like this, the grip must be firm by not airtight, let the air breathe between your hand and the handle. Feet apart and knees bend like your ready to jump."
Atlas followed Kaelion's movement.
" Yeah… you'll need to work on that." Kaelion muttered as he pushed Atlas's shoulder.
" Ah? What?" Forced to rebalance, Atlas quickly found his footing,
" Hmm, that'll do, now swing! Like this!"
Atlas tried to follow as the sword in his hand slash through the air but ended up wobbling and just as he was about to hit the ground, Kaelion grabbed his collar.
" Haha! Again Sir Trips-a-Lot!!" Kaelion laughter echoed through the room.
" That was one time!" Atlas shouted as he held up his sword once again.
" Here, let me show you again, you must let the sword sing," another swing as Atlas observed more closely.
" Alright." Atlas mumbled as he held up his sword and swung.
" Less force and more flow. Let the sword cut through the air."
Again and again Atlas swung his sword.
[ Slash: 5% mastery ] < Novice >
" Great! You did it! You went from Baby swordsman to rookie! Haha!"
" Come! Swing that sword of yours, I'll show you my next skill."
Atlas followed, and swung his sword at Kaelion who easily blocked it.
" Your sword isn't just a sharp stick, it's also a shield, come again."
Atlas stepped back and swung the sword again but instead of blocking the attack, Kaelion redirected the attack before stopping his sword over Atlas's shoulder.
Scared, Atlas fell to his back as he hurriedly check his shoulder with his hand. Shaken, he looked at Kaelion who chuckled.
" That block and parry… Tita showed me those moves and now I'll show them to you as well! Come, lift that sword!"
" Damn it!" Atlas cursed as his sore arms picked up the rusted sword with trembling arms.
" And defend!" Kaelion shouted as Atlas saw a red light shine from his blade before being swung down to Atlas as his sword to the brunt of the attack.
The attack threw Atlas off balance as he was punched backwards.
' What the hell is that strength!?' Atlas thought to himself as he looked at Kaelion's smirk.
" Good, now parry this…" he said as a blue light flashed from his sword.
Atlas lifted his sword to parry but unfortunately, his sword flew from his hand.
' Wha!?' Looking at his trembling hands, atlas looked up to see Kaelion's disappointed eyes.
" Sigh, alright, let's take a break." He said as he sheathed his sword.
