Ye Rumeng could no longer suppress her emotions, crouching on the ground in tears.
She held her mouth tightly, crying her heart out.
Tears kept sliding down, quickly pooling into a wet patch on the floor.
She didn't know how long it had been; Ye Rumeng felt as if she was about to die. Her head was dizzy, and breathing was difficult.
Ye Rumeng clutched her chest, gasping for breaths, feeling suffocated.
Finally, her vision went dark, and she fainted on the ground.
When she awoke again, she found herself lying on a soft, large bed.
Ye Wenshan was sitting by the bedside, looking at her worriedly.
"Dad…" Seeing him, Ye Rumeng opened her mouth slightly.
Ye Wenshan leaned forward with concern and asked, "You're awake, is there anywhere that feels uncomfortable?"
Ye Rumeng shook her head, "I'm fine…"
Ye Wenshan sighed, "If you were fine, would you have cried yourself unconscious? Rumeng, tell Dad, what exactly happened, what's wrong with you?"
