Si Ye slept through the night and only woke up at noon the next day because of a headache. When he drank, he only sought the thrill, the ability to forget his worries, but getting drunk left him feeling awful.

Si Ye took the bowl, his dark eyes staring at her, the corner of his mouth curled into a faint arc, "If I were to die by your hand, it wouldn't be so bad."
He tilted his head back and drank it in one go, without the slightest hesitation.
