The once-great marble halls of the Star Council were unrecognizable. Lights flickered. Banners of peace lay shredded on the bloodstained floor. The massive council table was shattered. Bodies of council members—some torn, some burned, others twisted in impossible shapes—littered the ground like discarded puppets.
Footsteps echoed.
Victoria entered the ruined hall, red eyes glowing in the dim light, a playful smirk on her face as her boots stepped in blood without hesitation.
At the far end of the throne room sat Law—her true master—calmly reclining on a throne made of twisted star-metal and bone. His silver hair glimmered. His face, unreadable. In one hand, he held a teacup, steam rising gently from it. His other hand rested on the armrest, stained with dried blood.
Around him stood three figures like symbols of doom itself:
Leviathan, in his towering humanoid dragon form, stood silent, scales pulsing with molten energy.
Li Wei, the newest among them. His long silver hair was tied back, his sharp golden eyes reflecting nothing but contempt. Wearing black and jade robes lined with celestial dragon motifs.
And Ghost, arms crossed, trench coat swaying despite no wind, his mask hiding everything but the coldness of intent.
Law smiled without looking up.
Law:
"Welcome back, Victoria."
He took a sip of tea.
Law:
"There've been… a few changes."
He gestured casually to the corpses strewn around the hall.
Law:
"I like to keep things efficient. The old council… well, they were limiting."
Victoria giggled darkly, stepping over a twitching body.
Law leaned forward slightly, resting the cup on a small table made of starmetal.
Law:
"I'd like you to meet your new comrades."
He extended a hand, palm up, towards the three living nightmares before him.
Law:
"Leviathan.
Li Wei.
And… of course… Ghost."
The room darkened slightly, almost as if reacting to the mere mention of their names.
Law smirked.
Law:
"This war is just about to become very… interesting."
He raised the teacup again to his lips.
Law (softly):
"To the end of all things."
