Tashio's POV
I decided to go to Gen and apologize to him for my revenge on him for what he had done to me in the past. I should've listened to Reina-kun. If I did that, I wouldn't have accidentally shot him when he defended Gen-san from me…
But before I would do that, Gen and Ichiro, as well as a few researchers, came to the scene while asking, "Reina! Are you okay? Why are you crying?"
Reina stopped sobbing, yet his eyes were still tearing up and wet with tears from last time. "Sí, I was just stating my confession to Tashio-san and Kashi-kun…"
And then, I looked at Gen and said to him, "Gen-san, I am sorry for what I was trying to do to you for ruining my life. Sorry…Also, I had forgiven you for taking away my humanity."
I started to tear up, and I had to take off my gas mask for that.
Tears are basically blood, and I bowed my head to Gen as an apology. "I'm sorry!"
Because of my apology, Gen and the others were taken aback, yet they were happy for that, and Gen apologized to me, too, and he even said that he would compensate me with a fraction of his assets as funds for my life with Kashi after the outbreak had ended, even a scholarship fund for Kashi, too.
"Come on! I don't want that much money from you, Gen-san!" Kashi remarked at that.
Yet, Gen and the others smiled at us while Ichiro-san, who is no longer a psycho ninja, was wiping Reina's tears.
