After a while, Chen ZhiYa stopped talking to herself and left to supervise the renovation.
One thing the workers noticed when they started renovating was that in Jianyuan, it is always dark and they could only see little with the help of the moonlight. The sky was pitch black and no stars, sun, or moon can be seen, unlike the other world seeds that they've been to. This world doesn't have a day and night cycle so they could only use torches or lighting devices to lit up the surroundings as they work on renovating the land.
After Chen ZhiYa left, Chen HaoYu finally stopped blabbering.
Chen HaoYu sat up and focused himself to feel the chaos energy inside his body as he thought to himself.
'This chaos energy is the same as the one that built this world and the energy swirling around the tree'
He looked at the world tree and remembered that sidenote in the paper about how that person couldn't find it because it has the appearance of a normal tree but now isn't this the chaos tree?
He also remember that if he can see and communicate with it then he is closer to chaos energy but he already have chaos energy within him and it seems that the chaos tree was the one who keep giving him thoughts on knowledge or what to do even though he couldn't still communicate with it.
Chen HaoYu had learned that the magic energy within him was chaos energy, the pinnacle of all magic energy there is. This must be also one of the reason why the first step to cultivating chaos energy is so difficult.
Although Chen HaoYu was lying down and complaining about how difficult it is just to cultivate but he knew that the reason why he needed those things probably relate to those people who had died or succumbed to chaos for trying to cultivate chaos energy. After all this was specially written in the book [Sevenfold Chaos Technique] that these items when absorbed could help him transform his body into a body that can accommodate chaos energy. Of course the book also specified that the percentage of success in absorbing these items are not high since all of these materials are of the highest and powerful that also contains a lot of energy and for a person that doesn't have a magic energy trying to absorb these items are purely relying on luck.
To be honest, Chen HaoYu was indeed lucky to survive in that cave for 3 months when he absorbed the chaos water spring though he almost went crazy there.
'It seems that until I obtain these items, I will have to keep on gaining knowledge and try to increase the percentage of absorbing those materials...'
Chen HaoYu couldn't help sighing from thinking that if he wants to cultivate, he would need to go to such risk.
'But I suppose that if I don't take this much of risk then I can only live my life ordinarily without magic.'
Looking up at the surroundings and feeling the chaos energy around and within him, he clenched his hands and a determined look surfaced in his eyes.

During this halfy year Chen ZhiYa had been buzzing around for information and overseeing the renovation. Her vacation was only 2 months so after the break she could only go gather information and oversee the renovation after school time.
The renovation was done and all that is left is constructing the buildings. The payment for the renovation and construction was mostly paid by their parents since Chen HaoYu could only fork out some money and it was Chen ZhiYa who had acted cute to their parents and coaxing them saying that the world seed was not for themselves but for their parents. Chen Zhongwei and Chen Liying could only laugh helplessly at their daughter who was trying hard to please them even though their children didn't have money and the one who brought trouble to them but they were also touched with their actions.
The patriarch of the Qiao family gave them a friendly discount after knowing that it was his great granddaughter who wanted to help her friend. He was also happy to know that his great granddaughter had a real friend because since Qiao Feiyan was a kid, the only people around her are those who buttered up and only knows flattery because she was from a rich family.
That is why Qiao Feiyan had changed school when she entered middle school and she would commute from house to school. She also never mentioned about her family outside and always liked to be alone but since meeting Chen ZhiYa, Qiao Feiyan had become more lively and talkative although it would only be around the people she knows.
There was also times when she was sick and couldn't go to school but Chen ZhiYa would showed up at her house. Chen ZhiYa would help her with the notes and assignments and she would also stay for a while to accompany Qiao Feiyan before leaving and telling her to quickly recover since they still have to play.
When Chen ZhiYa showed up at Qiao Feiyan house, she was shocked that Qiao Feiyan was living in a manor but there was all to it maybe because she was too young back then or that all she thinks about is Qiao Feiyan well being. Regardless of what it may be, she never asked Qiao Feiyan about her family nor she asked for money or anything.
The Qiao family naturally investigated Chen ZhiYa when they got to know that Qiao Feiyan had a friend because they didn't want Qiao Feiyan to suffer but after observing for a while and seeing that both of them are really friends, they were so happy that they wanted to celebrate.
So now hearing for the first time that it was Qiao Feiyan who had wanted to help her friend, they even thought of making the renovation for free but Qiao Feiyan stopped them from doing that because she didn't want to flaunt her wealth to her friend and only wanted to help. In the end they decided to give Chen ZhiYa a friendly discount.
Chen ZhiYa parents also participated in seeing the construction of the buildings. They decided to build a village style near the foot of one of the mountains where it is also near the world tree by a few kilometers.
When the construction had finished, Chen ZhiYa urged her parents to move in and live in Jianyuan since the house that they were staying was actually just rented and they did not own it. Their parents also agreed to staying in Jianyuan since it will only be waste if they didn't even use the world seed and they'll also just spend more money in the rent if they continue to live outside.
Though it didn't mean that they'll live inside forever but at least they have their own place and didn't have to worry about anything. They could even plant and raise some animals for their own use and if they're bored then they can go out to stay at Chen HaoYu's house since that's the entrance to Jianyuan.
This is also what most of the rich families do. Their houses are all inside their world seed and only their businesses are outside, after all they can alter the terrain of their world seed to their own liking. Of course there are also people who not only have houses in their world seed but they also have houses in the real world.
