The room fell silent for a few seconds, so quiet that even breathing could be heard.
"Do whatever you can to minimize any potential damage caused by the Wang family's announcement," Zhao Bolin finally said. "You may leave."
Before anyone could speak, he added quickly, "Once President Wang arrives, I'll contact you immediately with any updates." He stood, showing no intention of further discussion, and returned to his chair.
He wanted to discuss the matter further with Zhao Bolin. Simply telling them to "deal with it" wasn't the right approach.
