In the examination room, the doctor examined An Hao and then said, "Your overall condition isn't too bad. It looks like the baby won't be too small."
"Does that mean it might be difficult to deliver?" Qin Jian asked, somewhat worried.
"It depends on individual physique. But your wife is carrying twins, so even if they're small, they should still weigh around six pounds, right? You really don't need to worry too much," the doctor replied.
"That relieves me," Qin Jian said. Having no complications or surprises would be best.
"You should avoid running around for the next few days. Just stay at home and wait for the delivery, which I reckon could be in a day or two," the doctor advised.
"Okay," An Hao said, as she slowly stood up with Qin Jian's support and took a deep breath. "Honestly, I'm quite nervous."
The doctor smiled, "Just think about how relieved you'll feel once the baby is born, that should ease your nerves."
