"You live here?" Xue Se hated people who dilly-dallied. He rummaged through Li Zhi's pocket and pulled out a bunch of keys. After trying a few times, he finally unlocked the door to the rented room.
"Get in!"
The rented room wasn't big and was as filthy as a garbage dump, barely looking like a place fit for human habitation. However, after returning here, Li Zhi appeared noticeably calmer. He grinned foolishly and placed Li Shou's memorial portrait on the only clean table, then took the fruits he found and wiped them several times before placing them beside the photo.
Xue Se didn't disturb Li Zhi, his brows furrowed tightly as he searched the room for useful clues.
