Soaking in the bathtub, Su Yunjin had no intention of coming out at all. She had been confined to bed for a full month during postpartum recovery. Although occasionally she would get up and walk around, the strong winds and heavy snow outside meant her activity was limited to little strolls inside the house. She hadn't once gone out. The same went for bathing.
The most she could do was wipe herself down with warm water. To be able to soak comfortably in a bathtub like now had become an extravagant luxury.
After Su Yunjin finished bathing, she still didn't get out of the bathtub. Instead, she continued to soak comfortably inside. Aunt Liang came in twice to add hot water for her.
Su Yunjin closed her eyes in enjoyment. She had placed a layer of cotton cloth on the edge of the bathtub. With the cloth as a cushion, lying and leaning against it felt incomparably comfortable.
Not the least bit uncomfortable.
