Davian returned to his room in the evening, heart still refusing to calm down as he kept recalling the expression on Reina's face. Her words kept ringing in his ears.
"Your eyes... seem to hold the twilight skies, Your Highness. They're really beautiful."
He could have sworn that he saw the same sort of feelings that he had reflect in her eyes. As if she had been reciprocating for a while now.
The aspect of having his feelings mutual made him so happy that he couldn't know what to do. He wanted to dance, shout and announce it to the whole world that the girl he loved might just love him back.
He was too happy to even consider that the said girl would be in a dilemma regarding her own words.
Reina/Ocean returned to her chambers through the window. Sol who had slept quite well since the evening had only woken up a while ago and noticed that Ocean hadn't returned.
