The throne cracked.
A deep sound rolled through the underground chamber, shaking the walls and sending pieces of ancient stone crashing to the ground.
Everyone froze.
Something beneath the throne was awakening.
Malachor stared at the broken seal.
For the first time since Salvador had seen him, the ancient king looked genuinely afraid.

The word came out as a whisper.
The keeper stepped backward.

He didn't answer.
His eyes remained fixed on the darkness beneath the throne.
Marcus looked at him.
"What is it?"
Malachor slowly shook his head.
"I thought it was dead."
Salvador tightened his grip on his sword.
"What?"
Malachor looked at him.
"The first source."
The chamber went silent.
Ella's bracelet began glowing.
The three symbols appeared in the air.
Hope.
Heaven.
Faith.
Then the golden crown appeared above Salvador.
The four symbols rotated slowly around him.
Malachor stared.
"No."
Salvador looked at the symbols.
"What is happening?"
