Asmodeus left the tower, only to find everyone waiting for him with weapons in hand while glaring at the ghostly Funf. He couldn't help but chuckle and wave them off. "It's fine, don't worry. She's harmless now."
"He's right~ I can only touch him. Kekekeke!"
"Ahhh! She talked!"
Brando let out a loud shout while swinging his fist with a snap of wind.
"Don't be so childish, haven't you seen a spirit before?" Martha's lips curled into a smile despite her gently coaxing of the bald muscle man. But it worked. Brando stopped acting nervous and instead focused on Martha.
That's when she looked over his shoulder. "So, you're going to carry that thing with you?"
"Well, not like I have a choice."
"Oi?! Who is a thing? I'm the beautiful and alluring lady Mei!"
Asmodeus shook his head and tapped Brando's shoulder. "Just let it go, brother. It's time for action, we're leaving this place." He then looked back at Funf, not yet ready to call her Mei and narrowed his eyes.
